I’m Cheryl Jacobs, a facilitator of healing and writing practices in Los Angeles.

I have spent thirty years with the practice of Nondual Kabbalistic Healing which holds that nothing, even seeming opposites, are separate. Particularly important in the world we currently find ourselves. 

For the last eight years I studied to become a facilitator of Family Constellation. This is a systemic lens that looks at the history that lives in us and we make decisions based on it. We refer to the ways we were shaped by our families of origin and our ancestors. We have an internal compass that points our way to the familiar past until we reorient to facing into our future. 

I have found that the two modalities support each other as neither is looking at black or white, right or wrong, but acknowledging what is, identifying the influences that work within us, often unconsciously. We raise them to consciousness and gain agency in our movement forward. 

I am also a writer and teacher of nonfiction writing. I have used my practices to help writers gain insight or move past blocks in their writing. 

I work on Zoom and in-person and periodically offer workshops that bring people together to work in the common field we call life.
